Can I keep my current number?

Yes. You can move your existing number to Rider eSIM. We will guide you through the simple steps when you sign up.

Are all Deliveroo riders eligible?

Yes, all UK Deliveroo riders are eligible and you will get an additional discount if you complete at least 25 super peak deliveries per quarter! Your plan stays with you - even if you stop riding, you can continue your Rider eSIM subscription at a preferential rate.

What is eSIM? Does my phone support it?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built inside your phone. It lets you join our network without a plastic SIM card. Most newer phones (from around 2018 onwards) support eSIM. Check your phone’s settings or the maker’s website to be sure.

How do I sign up? Do I need my rider ID?

Click the Sign Up button at the top of the page, you'll need to enter a valid Rider ID and the email you used to sign up to Deliveroo. Then follow the instructions to purchase and get your eSIM.

Is this a no-contract plan? Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no long contract. You pay month by month and can cancel whenever you like.

What network do you use? Do you support 5G?

We use the VodafoneThree network in the UK. We also support fast 5G where it’s available.
